All of them — Coupon Creator Add-ons requires both the free Coupon Creator plugin and Coupon Creator Pro to be active. There is no feature that runs on the free plugin alone.
Coupon Creator Add-ons extends both Pro and the free Core plugin. It will not load if either dependency is missing or out of date — you will see an admin notice instead of the features appearing. Add-ons 3.6 requires both Coupon Creator Core 3.6 and Coupon Creator Pro 3.6, plus WordPress 6.5 or newer and PHP 8.2 or newer.
Every feature the Add-ons plugin provides therefore needs the full stack (free core plus Pro):

Once all three plugins are active, you turn individual features on or off from Coupons > Options > Add-ons, where each feature has its own checkbox (they ship enabled by default). Disabling a checkbox there hides that feature but does not change the Pro requirement.
