Email Delivery sends a coupon straight to a visitor's inbox — the coupon stays visible on the page, and a form below it emails a copy.
Per-coupon setup #
Coupons gain an Email tab in the editor:
- Email Feature — set it to Email Delivery for this coupon.
The tab also holds the form message, button text, placeholder, success message, email subject, and a custom email body — plus a terms-consent checkbox (label + linked page) and a per-address send limit.
What you can send #
Any coupon type renders in the delivery email — standard and default templates, image coupons, and every advanced template:
Two feature notes for emailed coupons:
- Dynamic Codes work — including the On Sending of Email Coupon mode, which generates a fresh code for each recipient, and the WooCommerce connect option so each emailed code is a working store code.
- Click Reveal doesn't operate inside email — email clients don't run scripts, so there is no click-to-reveal step; the coupon's code simply renders visible in the message. Use a reveal coupon on the page and Email Delivery alongside it, and the emailed copy shows the code directly.
Every email ends with a View Your Coupon button linking back to the coupon on your site.
Site-wide settings #
Coupons → Options → Email manages everything shared with Email Gate: the editable Coupon Delivery email template, from address/name, a deliverability health panel with Send Test Email, rate limiting, and logging with retention and GDPR anonymization. An Email Statistics box on each coupon tracks sends and failures.
