Coupons → Options sets site-wide behavior and the defaults every new coupon starts from. Defaults never change coupons you have already created.
Defaults #
- The tabs across the top organize all Coupon Creator settings.
- Each tab saves with its own Save Changes button.
The Defaults tab sets what new coupons start with: template (coupon type), expiration option and date format, inner border color, and the default deal colors. New installs start on Modern Ticket. Changing anything here affects new coupons only — coupons you have already published keep the template and colors they were saved with.
Display #
Controls front-end behavior — how many coupons shortcode loops show per page, whether coupons appear in site-search results (they are excluded by default — see the search FAQ), and related display toggles.
Link Attributes / Permalinks #
Controls the print-view links and the URL base for coupons (/cctor_coupon/… by default). If you change the coupon base, re-save WordPress permalinks afterward — see the permalink FAQ.

A copyable summary of your environment — WordPress, PHP, server, and Coupon Creator settings. When you contact support, paste this in; it answers most of the diagnostic questions up front.
Reset #
Restores the Coupon Creator options to their defaults. This resets settings only — your coupons and categories are untouched (see Deactivating keeps your data).
