If a coupon that used to show has disappeared, check its expiration date first, since an expired coupon stops displaying by design.
Open the coupon and look at its expiration settings. If the expiration date has passed, the coupon hides itself automatically. You have two ways to bring it back: set a new expiration date in the future, or turn on the ignore expiration option so the coupon displays regardless of date. If the coupon is not expired and ignore expiration is already on, confirm you are still using the correct shortcode and coupon ID on the page, since the coupon will not appear if the ID no longer matches. See Displaying Coupons.
If the coupon still will not display after checking those, the cause may be a plugin or theme conflict introduced by a recent change or update. Work through Troubleshooting Plugin and Theme Conflicts. If it still fails, reach out to support with a link to the page so the problem can be reproduced.
