The Core and Pro plugins do not collect or store personal data about people who view or print coupons. Optional Add-ons features can process visitor email addresses or store a browser cookie, so your obligations depend on which features you enable.
Your coupons are stored on your own site as a WordPress custom post type. Core and Pro do not send visitor activity to Artifex Routing Co or require a third-party service to display coupons.
As of Coupon Creator 3.6.2 the same is true of the WordPress admin. The coupon screens previously fetched one stylesheet from Google's CDN; that request is gone and the file ships with the plugin, so no part of Coupon Creator contacts a third party while you work in the admin.
Coupon Creator offers a separate, optional administrator opt-in for product usage reporting. If allowed, it sends site and plugin environment information to Artifex Routing Co; it does not report coupon visitors or coupon content. If you add Google Analytics to the print view, that tracking falls under your site's own privacy policy and consent setup.
Coupon Creator Add-ons needs additional consideration:
- Email Delivery and Email Gate process email addresses and can store delivery logs in your WordPress database. Global settings control retention and anonymization.
- Email Gate, Dynamic Code, Click Reveal, and MultiPrint can use cookies or a visitor session to remember access, a generated code, or a print cart.
- Terms-checkbox fields are available on email forms, but configuring the wording and deciding whether consent is required remains the site owner's responsibility.

Data related to purchasing or licensing Coupon Creator, such as your name, email, and billing details, is handled at artifexrouting.com as part of your account, separately from the plugin running on your site. Questions about that account data, including deletion requests, are handled through your Artifex Routing Co account.
