Pro upgrades the coupon editor: the Terms field becomes a full visual editor, and new controls decide where the deal appears and how the coupon is laid out.
The Content tab with Pro #
Above the Deal, Business Name belongs to the Modern Ticket — it prints above the headline and hides when left blank. It is not a Pro field; the free plugin's "Creating a Coupon" guide covers it.
- Deal — the headline, same as the free plugin.
- Terms — now a visual (WYSIWYG) editor: bold, lists, links, and media instead of plain text, with its own Font Color picker beneath it.
- Insert Selected Column or Row — drops pre-built column/row layouts into the Terms editor for multi-column coupon bodies.
- Deal Display — show the deal band in Both views, only the shortcode view (Hook), only the Print view, or None. Showing it only in print gives visitors a reason to click through.
Inside the Terms editor you can also use the view shortcodes: content wrapped in [showhook]...[/showhook] renders only on the page, [showprint]...[/showprint] only in the print view.
Everything else #
Categories, saving, and placement work exactly as in the free plugin — the Coupon Creator "Creating a Coupon" guide covers the basics if you're new. Then continue with Pro styling, the Counter, and Expiration options.
