Go to the WordPress Plugins screen and click "Check for updates" on the Coupon Creator row (Coupon Creator 3.6.2 or newer) — it asks the update servers right away instead of waiting for the next scheduled check.
Two layers of caching make a fresh release slow to appear on its own: WordPress checks for plugin updates at most every 12 hours, and the licensing server's answer is cached for about 3 hours on top of that. A release you know is out can take most of a day to surface by itself. The "Check for updates" link clears those caches and asks again immediately; the same link appears on the notice shown when an out-of-date Pro or Add-ons has been switched off.
If the update still does not appear:
- The license must be active. Pro and Add-ons updates are delivered by your license — check the row status under Coupon Creator → Options → Licenses (see Activate your license).
- Update the free plugin. On Coupon Creator 3.6.1, a Pro or Add-ons that was switched off for being out of date also stopped receiving update checks, so its new version never appeared. Updating the free Coupon Creator plugin to 3.6.2 or newer brings the pending update back to the Plugins screen.
- Install it by hand as a last resort. Download the current version from your account at artifexrouting.com and upload it — see Manually update or downgrade.
If you contact support about an update problem, include the Coupon Creator section from Tools → Site Health → Info — it lists your versions, license status, and the time of the last update check, which is exactly what we need to diagnose it.
