Coupon Creator 3.6.2 added its own section to Tools → Site Health → Info. Open that page, expand Coupon Creator, and you get the facts support asks for first, in one place you can copy.
The section lists:
- The installed version of Coupon Creator, Coupon Creator Pro, and Coupon Creator Add-ons, or "not installed" for any you do not have.
- Whether the free plugin has switched an extension off for being out of date, and which version it needs instead.
- The license status for Pro and Add-ons — for example valid, expired, or none stored.
- The store address your site uses for licensing and updates.
- The version of the bundled Plugin Engine.
- How long ago WordPress last checked for plugin updates.
Sending it to support #
Site Health has a Copy site info to clipboard button at the top of the Info tab, which copies every section including this one. Paste that into your support request and the first round of questions is already answered — most reports need the version numbers and the last update check before anything else can be worked out.
The section reports your license status only. Your license key is never included, so the copied report is safe to paste into a support ticket or a forum thread.
