WordPress does not check for plugin updates continuously, so a release can be out for hours before your site notices. Coupon Creator 3.6.2 added a Check for updates link that asks for a fresh check immediately.
You will find it on the Coupon Creator row on Plugins, next to Options. Click it and the page reloads with a note saying what it found. The link only appears for users who are allowed to update plugins, so if you do not see it, check your role first.
Why the wait happens #
Two separate timers stack up. WordPress itself checks for plugin updates at most every 12 hours while you are clicking around the admin, and every 2 hours in the background. On top of that, the license store's answer for Coupon Creator Pro and Add-ons is cached on your site for another 3 hours. Nothing is broken while you wait — the check simply has not come around yet. The Check for updates link clears both and asks again.
If Pro or Add-ons was switched off #
There is one case where waiting would never have helped. Coupon Creator 3.6.1 switched off a Pro or Add-ons that was too old to run safely, and that also stopped those plugins from checking for their own updates. The update they needed could never arrive on its own, and the only way out was uploading the new version by hand.
Coupon Creator 3.6.2 fixes this. Update the free Coupon Creator plugin to 3.6.2 or later, and the Pro and Add-ons updates will appear on the Plugins screen normally. If they still do not show right away, use Check for updates — the notice about a switched-off extension carries the same link.
If the update still does not appear #
Confirm your license is active under Coupon Creator → Options → Licenses, since an expired license stops Pro and Add-ons updates from being offered even though the plugins keep working. Then open Tools → Site Health → Info and look at the Coupon Creator section, which lists your installed versions, license status, and when WordPress last checked.
