Send support the Steuard and WordPress versions, the exact screen or public-page URL, the action you took, the full safe error message, and the steps that reproduce the problem. Never send a Toast Client Secret, Google API key, OAuth token, license key, or database export containing credentials.
The most useful report includes:
- Steuard, WordPress, and PHP versions.
- The affected provider and connection label, but no credential values.
- The exact WordPress admin path and button or field involved.
- The complete error text and approximate time it occurred.
- The affected public-page URL and whether the issue happens while logged out.
- The last-update status shown under Steuard → Menu Options → Dashboard → Data Freshness.
- Whether a default theme and only Steuard active changes the result.
- A screenshot with credentials, license keys, customer data, and private URLs redacted.
- Relevant browser-console errors for a control that does nothing.
