Every chat carries its own look. The Style tab sets the colors, names, icons, and logo; the Launcher tab decides whether the chat sits inline on the page or waits in a floating bubble in the corner of the screen. Both work with either shortcode.
The Style tab #
Open the chat under Wyregraf → All Chats and switch to the Style tab.

- Theme — Light or Dark. Pick the one that matches the page the chat sits on; the dark theme switches the whole widget, including the message box and the conversation panels.
- Accent Color — the color for buttons, links, and highlights. Leave it empty to keep the theme's default.
- User Chat Name and Assistant Chat Name label the two sides of the conversation. The User Icon and LLM Icon fields replace the default avatars, and Disable Icons hides them entirely for a more compact chat.
- Brand Logo — an optional logo shown at the top of the chat.
Here is the same chat with the dark theme and a purple accent color:

The floating launcher #
Inline chats work well on a dedicated help page. For help on every page — or to keep a long page uncluttered — turn the chat into a floating launcher instead: a round bubble in the corner that opens the chat in a panel.

- Floating Launcher turns the bubble on. Off (the default) keeps the chat inline where the shortcode sits.
- Launcher Position — Bottom Right (the default) or Bottom Left. Pick the corner your theme leaves free; a cookie banner or a "back to top" button often already claims one.
- Launcher Label is read aloud by screen readers for the bubble, and is also the text of the greeting teaser.
- Launcher Icon replaces the default chat icon on the bubble.
- Open on Load opens the panel as soon as the page loads, and Greeting Teaser shows a small speech bubble with the launcher label beside the closed launcher until the visitor first opens it.

The shortcode still decides which pages get the chat: put it in a footer widget area or a site-wide template part to show the launcher everywhere, or only on the pages that need it.
