Each chat's ready-to-copy shortcode is shown in the Wyregraf Shortcode box beside its editor — that's the reliable way to get it. On a Wyregraf Pro site the box offers:
[wyregraf-pro vectorid="123" name="My Chat"] — renders the full Pro chat (conversation sidebar, discussions, cited sources). The chat's settings (welcome message, type, restrictions, style) all come from the chat post the vectorid points at.

[wyregraf vectorid="123" name="My Chat"] — the standard widget from the free core plugin, same attributes. It still works with Pro active, but renders the simpler single-conversation chat — use the wyregraf-pro form for the Pro experience.
One page can carry multiple shortcodes for different chats, and the same chat can be embedded on any number of pages — they share the chat's configuration. See Displaying the Chat for placement and troubleshooting.
