Administrators and Editors get full control of chats, prompts, embeddings, and (in Pro) agents and networks — create, edit, and delete, including items other users created. Authors and Contributors get limited access along the usual WordPress lines (their own items), and Subscribers effectively read-only.
Two areas are stricter:
- Wyregraf → Options (profiles, API keys, licenses) requires the
manage_optionscapability — Administrators only, by default. - The Tuning display (similarity scores and embedding IDs beside cited sources) only shows for users who can edit others' chats — Editors and above.
Capabilities follow the standard WordPress model (edit_wyregrafs, edit_wyregraf-embeddings, and so on per content type), so a role-editor plugin can grant or revoke any area independently — for example, letting a support manager curate embeddings without seeing API keys.
